Area, unfortunately although very close to Union Square, full of homeless and unrecommended people. It's not pleasant to come home in the evening.

Wonderful bed, very nice modern decoration. Do not be discouraged by the homeless of the neighborhood, they are citizens of San Francisco like any other and they are harmless

The rooms here are spacious and well-kept, each with its own bathroom. They even have a real bed, no more uncomfortable sofa beds! 🛏️ Plus, you can easily get around using Bart and ride-sharing services to explore different neighborhoods. The staff is super friendly, and the food they serve is delicious!

We had a great experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the street and a nice swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was always clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar that were attached to the hotel. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Very comfortable rooms.
Watch out for the area! Very close to the dangerous area. It's scary to walk at night (sometimes even during the day). The rest is really fine, but I wouldn't come back because of the location.

I would definitely go back to this place for its convenient location near Harvest Urban Market and Birdsong restaurant, making it a great base for exploring the city.

The hotel charges my credit card three times a night. I don't know if it was fraud or a mistake but they charged 3 times for different amounts. I had to ask for a refund by booking 2 times and wait 1 month for my money back.
